The CHDA Presidents Forum serves as a forum for the Equine community to voice opinions and viewpoints about current events and issues. Columns, letters and artwork represent the opinions of their authors/creators and are not necessarily representative of the Colorado Horse Development Authority, its employees, or it's Board of Directors. The Presidents Forum is a service provide by the Colorado Horse Development Authority. To access the forum for the first time, you will need to contact the Colorado Horse Development Authority to receive the appropriate username and password. This username and password is the first level of security to access the forum area itself. We do this to prevent any unauthorized individuals from accessing this forum. When your receive the username and password, simply return to this page and click on "access forum" above . You will then be able to signup for your own personal account access, creating a username and password of your own choice. This membership application form does not grant immediate access to the site. All membership applications are reviewed by an administrator before acceptance. You are not guaranteed access to the application by filling out this form. We will validate your account normally within 24 hours, but please be patient if it takes a little longer at times. You will receive an email once your account is activated.
